Retrieval of Student Belongings

Dear Parents and Families,

Work is underway to collect and package up your children’s belongings. They will be ready for retrieval starting Tuesday, May 19 through to Thursday, May 21 under the following schedule:

Tuesday, May 19

Students with last names starting with A – L can pick up between 9 am and 11:30 am

Students with last names starting with M – Z can pick up between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm

Wednesday, May 20

Students with last names starting with M – Z can pick up between 9 am and 11:30 am

Students with last names starting with A – L can pick up between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm

Thursday, May 21

Students with last names starting with A – L can pick up between 9 am and 11:30 am

Students with last names starting with M – Z can pick up between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm

We ask that only adults, not students, come and pick up at these times. If you wish a neighbour or friend to pick up your child’s property, please send an email to Ms. Crocker (bcrocker@sd62.bc.ca) with your child’s first and last name, division and who will be picking up the property.
Pick-ups will take place at the gym doors closest to the front entrance. There will be no access to the school, nor entry, and we will be observing physical distancing protocols at all times.

Along with your child’s belongings, class photos will also be handed out.

Please also return any library books at this time.

If you cannot make any of these times listed, you may contact Ms. Crocker to make alternative arrangements.
