As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we would like to share some important start up information.

Grade 6 Students Only – Tuesday, September 8th

On the first day of school, Grade 6 students will attend from 8:35 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. Staff and student leaders will be outside to greet students and direct them to their class divisions gathering on the field. Bus transportation will be provided to and from school, and only Grade 6 students will be riding the bus that day.

Grade 6, 7 and 8 students –Wednesday, September 9th to Friday, September 11th

The remaining week will be full days for all students. School begins with the welcome bell at 8:32 a.m. and ends at 2:36 p.m. Grade 6 students will go directly to their classrooms, while staff will be outside to welcome Grade 7 and 8 students and help them find their new divisions gathering on the field. Buses will be provided for all students registered for transportation.

Grade 7 and 8 students will participate in grade-level assemblies during the first week to review school routines and expectations. We will also celebrate the start of the school year with a school-wide barbecue for all staff and students on Friday afternoon.

On September 23rd we will be hosting a “Meet The Teacher” event from 6-7 for all families.
