Grade 6 Astronomy Event – March 7th at 7:30pm Sid Sidhu and other volunteers from the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (School Telescope Program) will host a night sky viewing at Journey Middle School. This is weather dependent, and we will have to decide at noon on March 7th whether we will be able to see the night sky and hold this event. This is open to grade 6 classes only and because of limited volunteers and telescopes students must sign up ahead of time. Parents and/or guardians must accompany their child to this event. Watch for sign up forms coming home this week.
