Join Ping Pong Paul and come out and play table tennis. This is a group of seniors in our community committed to sharing their knowledge with our youth. Mondays and Wednesdays 3 – 5 pm in the multipurpose room. Come and learn to play! First half hour can be for coaching for those who want it and then open play, probably double’s as we only have 1 table to start with. We have plenty of used bats and balls, but bring your own if you wish.

Tuesday

Hold and Secure Drill – 9 a.m.

On the QT in the Voices Rm @ Lunch. Quiet place to work or read – join us!

Enjoy a complimentary cup of Tea in the foyer @ recess – bring your own mug

Robotics Club afterschool 3:15-4:30pm

Choir in the band room @ lunch

Homework Club for divisions 13 & 20 at lunch time by reservation (Ms. Dvorak)

Athletics: 

Journey to Japan – Mandatory Parent/Student meeting 7 pm in the Art Room

Wednesday

Subway @ lunch. $3.50 sandwich Cash and munch cards accepted. Munch cards available in the office for $20

Magic the Gathering/Pokemon @ blue tables

Class Photo – all divisional classes will have their pictures taken today. There is also an opportunity for individual pictures should parents or students wish to purchase them. Each student can have their photo taken for no charge and parents can make the decision if you would like to purchase them once you’ve seen the proofs. The school receives $1 for each student who poses, regardless of purchase.

Mandatory meeting for parents of all parents/guardians of band/students going to Nationals in Calgary, (6:30 in the Journey library).

Friends on Friday continues! Students interested in being a part of this club should come to the Aboriginal Education office at noon hour recess on Fridays.

Carnival – Journey celebrates Winter Carnival all morning. Visit different stations (some free and some will need a small donations). Athletic Pep Rally in the afternoon.
