Grade 6 Immunization Clinic: Immunization consent packages for Grade 6 students have been sent home. Students in grade 6 will be offered immunizations in school-based clinics with consent of a parent(s) or representative. Please contact the local Health Unit at 250-519-3490 and ask to speak with a Public Health Nurse if you have any questions.

We are looking for a few parent volunteers to help with our Immunization Clinic on Wednesday October 24th. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Charmaine Campbell at chcampbell@sd62.bc.ca

Exploratory Refunds:  Will be going home this week. Students will be asked to sign for their refunds.

Sooke Autisum Support Society (SASS): meeting on October 16th at 7 pm at EMCS High School in the library. Special guest, Lindsay Trowel (R.T.C.) will be presenting on Helping Caregivers with Stress Management. All welcome. For more information visit www.sooke-sass.com

Tea in the Foyer @ recess – All students are welcome to stop by with their mugs and get a cup of herbal tea compliments of Ms. Shannon. If you forget your cup today she will have a disposable one for you!

Skatepark Club @ lunch break – You can bring skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes (no mountain bikes) or rollerblades and join this fast paced club.

Wednesday

Lunch – Pizza @ lunch $3.50 per slice. Chips, water and juice boxes also available for $1.00 each. Munch Cards and cash accepted.
