and with their family and friends left behind.

School News:

We are requesting the public’s assistance. SD62 Policy D-121 states that dogs and other animals are not permitted on school property at any time without permission from the school’s principal. We have always had a great relationship with our neighbours and people have been respectful of not bringing their dogs on site between 7-4 or when there is a school event. With only a few exceptions, people have always picked up after their animals. This has worked really well for keeping geese off our fields and generally kept our school free from vandalism – thank you! Lately we have been experiencing an increase in dog feces on our fields and playground. We recognize that most of our families are not bringing pets, but please help us by sharing our concern and hopefully we can have people back to cleaning up after their pets.
